Citibank has come out with a credit card for people with no credit

Citibank is one of the largest issuers of credit cards in the US. They are also one of the best IMHO. My sister has had her citibank credit card for 10 years and when she started her own business they were the only company willing to give her new business a credit card too.

Now they have come out with a card called Citi Platinum Select MasterCard (Tier 2)

This card is specifically designed for people with NO credit history.
